Terms of use

Your account

• Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account and storage; your files are deleted with it.

Your files

• Your files are yours. We store them to run the service and do not claim any rights to them.
• We keep the last 10 versions of each file. Files in the trash are deleted for good after 30 days.
• Keep your own copies of anything important. Vyntez Suite is in early access, and while we work to protect your files we can’t promise they will never be lost.

Sharing and signatures

• When you share a file or send a share link, the people you share with can see it (and edit it, if you allow that). You decide who gets access.
• Vyntez Seal records electronic signatures with an audit trail. You are responsible for checking that an electronic signature is acceptable for your document; some documents legally need other forms of signature.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Vyntez Suite to:

• store or share anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• send spam, phishing or malware, or trick people into signing something;
• attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service or other people’s accounts.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Anyone can report a share link from the link’s page.

Early access

Vyntez Suite is free while it is in early access and is provided “as is”. Features may change. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you before anything changes for your account.
