What is Vyntez Suite?

Vyntez Suite is one website with six apps: Script (documents), Grid (spreadsheets), Stage (presentations), Folio (PDF viewer and editor), Seal (e-signatures) and Canvas (design, like posters and social posts). It runs in your browser and installs as an app on desktop and phone.

What can Vyntez AI do?

It writes a first draft of a document, spreadsheet, presentation or design from one line, and inside the apps it rewrites and summarises text, writes spreadsheet formulas, analyses tables and summarises or answers questions about PDFs. Your text is sent only when you ask and is not stored.

Is it available now?

Yes, in early access: all six apps work today and are marked Beta while we keep improving them. Create a document, spreadsheet, presentation, PDF, design or signed PDF straight away.

Where are my files stored?

In a private Cloudflare R2 storage bucket that has no public access. Your browser uploads and downloads directly using links that expire within minutes, and only file details (name, size, owner, versions) are kept in our database.

Do you track me or show ads?

No. There are no third-party analytics, tracking scripts or ads on Vyntez Suite. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.

Can we work on the same document together?

Yes, in all six apps. Everyone with a file open edits it live (in Vyntez Script you also see each other’s cursors), and one save keeps everyone’s changes as a new version. Comments can point at a passage, a cell, a slide, a page or an object, and people who can only view the file can comment too.

Can I open Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files?

Yes: .docx in Script, .xlsx and .csv in Grid, .pptx in Stage, and PDFs in Folio and Seal. You can export back to those formats too.

Does it work offline?

Once installed, the app opens without a connection and reopens files you viewed recently on that device. Changes you save offline upload when you are back online.
